Overview

Project Overview

The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) plans to construct a 5-mile-long passing lane on southbound I-15 from the New Harmony Interchange to Ash Creek Reservoir, milepost 43 to 38.

This project will widen southbound I-15 from two to three lanes and rebuild the bridges at the New Harmony Interchange (Exit 42) and
Kolob Canyon Interchange (Exit 40). Construction is anticipated to begin early 2027.
