UDOT is conducting a safety project on US-91 (Main Street) in Smithfield, between 800 South and 1000 South. This project includes the construction of a new median curb to eliminate all left turns along this stretch of roadway, in an effort to reduce the number of severe crashes in the area. In addition, this project includes asphalt resurfacing and installing updated roadway signs.
