The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) has finished designing improvements to the South Bluff Street Corridor with input from the City of St. George and other entities. Our Right-of-Way team is contacting individual property owners to discuss possible impacts and resolution options. Interstate Rock won the bidding process and will start construction on Monday, July 6, 2026. 

Project benefits include:

  • Increase intersection capacity
  • Improve stormwater collection
  • Minimize Conflict Points
  • Resurface existing pavement
  • Introduce upgraded landscape features
