Replacing two aging bridges on State Route 13 (SR-13) over Chase Slough in Box Elder County and State Route 101 (SR-101) over Little Bear River in Cache County.

Overview

Project Overview

The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) will replace the SR-13 bridge over Chase Slough in Box Elder County and the SR-101 bridge over Little Bear River in Cache County. This project will replace aging infrastructure and provide a smoother ride for drivers. Construction is anticipated to begin in spring 2027. Two-way traffic will be maintained on SR-13, with minimal nighttime closures. Northbound traffic will be maintained on SR-101, with southbound traffic to follow the detour along US-89/US-91 to SR-23 (Center Street).
