Provo River Parkway Construction

The Mountainland Association of Governments (MAG) and the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) have partnered to design and construct an extension of the Provo River Parkway (PRP) in Provo Canyon from Vivian Park to Deer Creek Dam. This new three-mile segment would connect to existing trail systems in Utah and Wasatch counties such as the Murdock Canal Trail and Bonneville Shoreline Trails. In addition, the project will reconstruct a deteriorating segment of the Provo-Jordan River Parkway Trail.

This project is on hold and the construction schedule is unknown at this time.
