Project Overview

The purpose of this project is the establish consistent passing opportunities with a maximum of 6 miles between passing opportunities, as well as providing a consistent 4 ft shoulder width along the corridor. The scope of this project is to widen SR-132 from MP 38.10 to MP 39.10 to accommodate a WB passing lane and to provide a consistent 4 ft shoulder EB. These improvements with increase capacity and safety on the SR-132 corridor.

Construction crews are scheduled to work from 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. During this time, motorists should anticipate delays of up to 15 minutes and may encounter a temporary traffic system. This system will cause queues and the roadway will be reduced to a single lane of travel.
