Project Overview

We are making important improvements to Main Street (SR-106) between Park Lane and Shepard Lane to enhance safety, accessibility, and overall road conditions.

As part of the project, new sidewalks will be installed on both sides of the street, and existing pedestrian ramps will be replaced to meet current ADA standards. The drainage system will be upgraded to help prevent flooding, and the top layer of asphalt will be removed and replaced with new pavement. A consistent shoulder width will also be added throughout the project area.

In addition, driveways and side-street entrances will be reconstructed, and the road will receive updated striping and signage to improve visibility and traffic flow.

These improvements are designed to make Main Street safer and more accessible for everyone, whether you're walking, biking, or driving.
