Project Overview

On November 4, 2023, an excavator transported on a tractor hit the bridge girders on the southbound side of I-215 W at 2700 S - damaging the bridge structure. An inspection revealed the bridge is safe for traffic to use, however, repairs are needed.

This project will repair the damaged bridge structure including removal and replacement of a portion of the damaged girder and repair of the adjacent bridge deck.
