PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) has constructed a new, two-lane frontage road adjacent to southbound I-215 from 4100 South to 4700 South in Taylorsville. Improvements also included:

• A new east-west road connecting the new frontage road to 2700 West
• Retaining walls
• A box culvert at North Jordan Canal
• Improvements to trail connections
• A third westbound 4700 S through-lane at I-215

This project improves connectivity from I-215 to the local roadway network, and enhances the mobility of people, goods and services to and from the project area.
