Project Overview

The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) improved I-215 eastside from 4500 S. to 2000 E. This project spanned from Murray City to Millcreek City and included concrete repairs and shoulder work. This work improved safety, enhanced durability, and increased the lifespan of the road. This work began in mid-April and was completed at the end of August 2025.*

What to Expect

• Nighttime work 
• ​8 p.m. – 6 a.m. 
• Occasional weekend work 
• Moving operations, shifting travel lanes and occasional ramp closures
• Noise, dust, construction lights, and vibrations.
• Heavy equipment, support vehicles, and crew members in the area
• Minor delays
