The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) is actively designing improvements to the South Bluff Street Corridor, spanning from the intersection of St. George Boulevard to Convention Center Drive. Project benefits include:

  • Minimize Conflict Points
  • Increase intersection capacity
  • Improve stormwater collection
  • Resurface existing pavement
  • Introduce upgraded landscape features
  • Create a new Active Transportation Trail

    St. George Blvd; Bluff Street to River Road - Renewed

     

    UDOT will also be resurfacing St. George Boulevard between Bluff Street and River Road. The top layer of asphalt will be removed and new asphalt pavement will be placed and some pedestrian ramps will be upgraded. This project is currently in the Design Phase. The benefits of this project include:

    • Increase the longevity of the road
    • Improve the driving surface
    • Upgrade specific Pedestrian Ramps
