Project Overview

The 3900 South Trail project, a collaboration between the Utah Department of Transportation, Millcreek, and South Salt Lake City, is in the final stages of design with construction anticipated in 2026. This section of trail will be built on the south side of 3900 South between the Jordan River Trail and West Temple.

Improvements include:

  • Providing a Shared Use Trail
  • Constructing new curb, gutter, and drainage infrastructure

Right-of-Way (ROW) Process

The trail may impact small areas of private property. If this is the case for your property, the team will contact you directly and set up a meeting to discuss the details. If you have questions, please contact our team.
