Construction Update

  • Finish work, asphalt paving repairs and punch list items are underway and will continue for the next few weeks during daytime hours, with temporary lane and ramp closures.
  • Crews will continue raising utilities to the level of the new roadway during the day and at night with temporary lane closures. 
  • New sign installation will be taking place during the day. 
  • Crews will install final roadway striping.

Project Overview

The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) is improving US-89/Beck Street between Victory Road and the Davis County Line. The project is resurfacing the asphalt to extend the life of the roadway. Construction crews are expected to work both day and night through late fall 2022*.
