The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT), in partnership with Sandy City, is performing a Solutions Development Study for 9400 South from approximately 1300 East to Wasatch Boulevard.

The project team has outlined the following study goals:

  • Identify year-round needs and solutions to understand and accommodate all users.
  • Utilize information from past area studies as a starting point to work with area agencies and stakeholders to comprehensively address future transportation needs.
  • Define ski season solutions along 9400 South to minimize impacts to the local area.

The outcome of this study will identify short- and long-term actions to improve and maintain 9400 South for people using any and all modes of transportation throughout the year.
